Post upcoming employee birthdays to team chat channel

Your employee birthday roster in a spreadsheet often goes unnoticed, causing missed recognition and disengaged colleagues. The workflow posts timely birthday notices so teams can celebrate same day.

Overview

Missed birthdays quietly erode morale and make people ops spend time on manual reminders. This flow turns spreadsheet updates into same-day, ordered team notices so HR coordinators can reliably celebrate employees without extra overhead.
