Post streamer live alerts to community channel and DMs

Your recommended streamers going live without alerts reduces quick joins and chat momentum. It posts channel notices and DMs so moderators and viewers can join within minutes.

Overview

When recommended streamers go live, moderators often miss peak join windows and the community loses momentum. This workflow publishes channel announcements and targeted DMs so moderators and viewers can join within minutes and sustain live engagement.
