Post new channel announcement to team notice channel
New channels without owner context create governance gaps and hide responsibility from admins. Posting channel name and creator enables owner identification and onboarding the same day.
Overview
When new channels appear without context, workspace governance and owner discovery slow down. This flow posts the channel name and creator into a central notice stream so admins spot and onboard owners the same day, reducing unmanaged spaces.
