Post community shoutout for new course completers now

When certification completions sit unannounced, your community recognition lags and learners miss timely acknowledgement. Publish celebration posts automatically so achievers are recognized within minutes.

Overview

Manual celebration posts slow recognition and let learner momentum fade. This flow publishes community shoutouts within minutes of completion, so program coordinators and community managers can sustain engagement and visibly reward achievers.
