Notify tutors and schedulers about same-day cancellations before class

Your same-day cancellation requests arrive as freeform replies, causing missed substitutions and coverage gaps. Tutors and scheduling coordinators receive parsed cancellation details and time-off blocks so coverage is updated before the next class.
