Notify team when member cancellation tag is removed
Your membership tag removals can leave former members still in your community, causing manual cleanup for coordinators. It sends an immediate alert so coordinators can remove access the same day.
Overview
When a cancellation tag is removed, community access can remain unintentionally and force manual cleanups; this flow sends the right people an alert so they can revoke access immediately. That means fewer lingering members and same-day reconciliation by your coordinators.
