Never miss targeted order alerts for operations coordinators

Operations coordinators miss workshop and service fulfillment when purchases don't notify staff, causing missed prep. SMS alerts send order details to designated staff so follow-ups happen quickly and fulfillment isn't missed.

Overview

Missed staff alerts for specific product or workshop purchases create fulfillment gaps and disappointed customers. This workflow routes targeted order details via SMS to the right staff and logs each notification, eliminating missed prep and ensuring follow-ups happen before events.
