Never miss rent indexation for property managers or owner follow-ups
Never miss rent indexation for property managers or owner follow-ups
Support ops miss owner replies when Slack mandate flags are buried, risking missed indexation windows and overdue diagnostics. Instant owner emails and record updates ensure property managers secure indexation decisions and start diagnostics quickly.
Overview
Support ops often lose owner responses when mandate flags sit in Slack, putting rent indexation windows and diagnostic planning at risk. This workflow turns Slack flags into owner emails and record updates so property managers secure indexation decisions faster, removing manual chase work and eliminating missed follow-ups.
Notable Features
- Email owners when mandate flagged
- Update property record with status
