Never miss operations attendee on Speed Check events

Operations coordinators lose visibility when Speed Check meetings miss the on-call ops lead. This workflow adds the on-call ops lead to matching events so attendance is accurate and follow-ups begin.

Overview

Operations coordinators risk handoff failures when the right attendee isn't on Speed Check invites. This workflow ensures the designated ops lead is always added, eliminating manual invite updates and delivering reliable attendance and faster handoffs.
