Never miss file-share uploads for support ops reviewers

Support ops reviewers miss file-share emails, letting uploads get overlooked and validation stall. Instant notifications include the review link and uploader email so agents open user records quickly.

Overview

Support ops reviewers risk uploads being overlooked, which stalls validation and frustrates agents. This workflow delivers the review link and uploader email straight to the reviewer’s inbox or Slack so agents can open the user record and resume validation quickly. The result is faster response times and far fewer missed follow-ups.
