Marketing ops: alert when electrical estimates sell for later work
Marketing ops miss sold electrical estimates flagged perform-work-later with no project, causing scheduling gaps. Internal alerts route cases to ops so deferred jobs are tracked and scheduled.
Overview
Missed deferred electrical jobs create scheduling gaps and hurt service reliability. This workflow routes sold 'perform work later' estimates straight to operations and field schedulers, making sure deferred jobs are tracked and scheduled. Operations report fewer missed assignments and clearer handoffs.
