Mark qualifying calendar events as free for schedulers

Your inspection and group meeting events can block crew capacity when they should remain available for dispatch. Marking them free lets schedulers reclaim slots and finalize assignments the same day.

Overview

When inspection or internal group events accidentally block crew calendars, dispatch loses capacity and can't finalize same-day assignments. This flow marks qualifying events as free immediately so schedulers reclaim slots and complete dispatch planning the same day.
