Keep release managers alerted to DoD checklist mentions

Release managers miss DoD mentions in checklist threads, causing critical launch prompts to be overlooked. Reposts deliver mentions into the launch channel so leads gain visibility and can act quickly.

Overview

Missed DoD mentions turn launch windows into firefights and increase release risk. Rebroadcasting every release-manager mention into a central launch channel keeps release managers and engineers aligned and prevents overlooked prompts. Teams report faster response times and clearer handoffs during launches.
