Keep project managers on top of acceleration requests

Project managers miss items flagged in the Trigger - Aceleração column, causing acceleration requests to be overlooked and delivery delays. Zapier creates queue tasks so managers can start processing requests within minutes.

Overview

Project managers lose momentum when acceleration requests get buried on boards. This workflow turns every flagged item into an actionable queue task and notifies owners, eliminating missed follow-ups and creating faster handoffs between PMs and delivery.
