Keep pickups on schedule for business owners with SMS codes
Keep pickups on schedule for business owners with SMS codes
Business owners managing pickups miss confirmations when forms don't reach drivers, causing loading delays. Automated SMS sends pickup code and timing so drivers receive confirmation.
Overview
Pickup operations stall when drivers don't receive confirmation codes. This workflow turns every form submission into an SMS with the pickup code and timing, eliminating loading delays and ensuring drivers get the info they need. Confirmations are logged automatically so operations can verify pickups and reduce missed loads.
Notable Features
- Send SMS pickup codes to drivers
- Include timing and location details
- Notify operations coordinators and drivers
