Keep ops coordinators updated with daily birthday texts

Operations coordinators miss member birthdays when rosters live in email, causing overlooked acknowledgements. Daily texts deliver today's birthday roster so staff and volunteers can reach out promptly.

Overview

Missing member birthdays harms engagement and creates last-minute work for operations coordinators. Delivering a single daily morning text centralizes the roster for the coordinator, ensuring acknowledgements happen reliably and volunteer handoffs run smoothly.
