Keep ops coordinators alerted to updated training cards

Operations coordinators miss drivers' training updates when cards change, creating certification delays and compliance gaps. An SMS is sent to the assigned driver after each card change, ensuring links land and training starts promptly.

Overview

Operations coordinators risk compliance gaps when drivers miss training links.
