Keep ops coordinators ahead of virtual meeting links

Operations coordinators lose clients and face late meetings when join links don't arrive. Send an SMS with the video link after booking so meetings start on time and staff stop manual reminders.

Overview

Missed join links create late meetings and extra reminder work that erodes client trust. Deliver the conference link via SMS after booking to eliminate manual reminders, ensure meetings start on time, and capture delivery records for follow-up.
