Keep operations coordinators on top of Slack mentions

Operations coordinators miss @mentions in busy Slack channels, creating untracked action items. Routing mentions to a private follow-up channel ensures assigned teammates prioritize work.

Overview

Operations coordinators lose critical action items when @mentions are scattered across channels. Routing every mention into a private follow-up channel gives assigned teammates a single inbox to consolidate and prioritize action items. The result is faster handoffs, clearer ownership, and fewer missed follow-ups.
