Keep operations coordinators' download links always fresh for distribution

Operations coordinators share download links that can expire, breaking distribution. This workflow creates scheduled short URLs so distribution teams always share working links and preserve user access.

Overview

Broken or expired download links interrupt distribution and force manual reissues. By generating and publishing a fresh shortened URL on a schedule, operations teams eliminate broken-link incidents and keep every distribution channel sharing a working link. The result is fewer support escalations and uninterrupted access for recipients.
