Keep operations coordinators alerted to new veg orders

Operations coordinators miss address mismatches when veg orders hit the orders folder, risking wrong shipments. Alerts deliver full order and shipping details so coordinators can verify before shipment.

Overview

Missed address mismatches lead to wrong deliveries and extra operational work. This workflow delivers full order and shipping details directly to the operations coordinator, eliminating verification gaps so issues are caught before shipment.
