Keep operations coordinators ahead of next-day showings
Keep operations coordinators ahead of next-day showings
Operations coordinators miss next-day showing confirmations overnight, risking no-shows and lost commissions. Send an evening digest so coordinators confirm attendees and prevent missed showings.
Overview
Operations coordinators lose bookings when next-day confirmations slip; an evening digest of tomorrow's viewings puts confirmations front-and-center so agents can proactively reach attendees. Expect faster handoffs, dramatically fewer missed confirmations, and clearer accountability across shifts.
Notable Features
- Send nightly appointment digest
- Flag double-bookings and conflicts
