Keep operations coordinators acting fast with direct dispatch links

Operations coordinators miss PAU/FAU codes in channels, causing dispatch delays. In-chat links to the dispatch system appear beside codes so dispatchers open orders without lookup.

Overview

Overlooked PAU/FAU codes create dispatch delays and extra coordination work. This workflow drops a direct dispatch link into the channel beside every order code, eliminating manual lookup so dispatchers act immediately. Customers report faster handoffs and fewer lookup errors.
