Keep IT teams aware of new BMW X3 listings

IT teams manually checking marketplaces miss new BMW X3 listings, causing sourcing to lose fresh inventory opportunities. Scheduled checks append new listings to a sheet for sourcing to act.

Overview

Manual marketplace checks cause sourcing to miss fresh BMW X3 inventory and slow acquisitions. This IT-run workflow runs scheduled searches and appends only new listings to a central sheet, so operations and sourcing can act on inventory faster and avoid duplicate reviews. Teams report faster discovery and fewer duplicate entries.
