Keep environmental services media mentions captured for IT directors

IT directors at environmental services miss monitoring-channel mentions, leaving coverage untracked. This workflow turns messages into tagged media records so communications prioritize coverage.

Overview

Unrecorded channel mentions leave PR coverage untracked and distract communications with manual searches. This workflow captures and tags every mention into your central database, turning ad-hoc Slack notes into prioritized media tasks so communications can act on coverage rather than hunt for it.
