Keep drivers ready with last-minute shift start reminders

Operations coordinators miss driver starts when reminders fail, leading to missed dispatches. This sends drivers shift times, job details, and checklist links shortly before start so they arrive ready.

Missed driver starts cause last-minute chaos and missed dispatches for operations coordinators. Converting scheduled shifts into targeted SMS reminders with job details and checklist links ensures drivers arrive prepared and reduces start-time confusion.
