Keep dispatchers and carriers informed with shipment BOL alerts

Dispatchers miss BOLs buried in webhook feeds, causing missed pickups and handoffs. This routes formatted BOLs, SCAC and unit counts to carriers and dispatch, ensuring pickups are coordinated.

Overview

Missed or buried BOLs create pickup failures and costly delivery handoffs. This workflow delivers formatted shipment, SCAC and unit details straight to carrier ops and dispatch, eliminating manual sharing and preventing missed pickups. Operations gain cleaner handoffs and more reliable carrier coordination.
