Keep data scientists informed of same-day golf cart bookings

Data scientists miss same-day golf cart bookings in feeds, causing ops to miss prep and guests to wait. Instant alerts send bookings to ops and reservations, ensuring vehicles and pickups are handled.

Overview

Data scientists and operations lose readiness when same-day bookings are hidden in batch feeds. This workflow routes each same-day golf cart booking directly to ops and reservations, eliminating missed prep and ensuring guest pickups are coordinated while creating a clear booking log.
