Keep content ops alerted when planning records appear

Operations coordinators miss planning flags on overseas journal club content, delaying editor and writer handoffs. Channel alerts with links and mentions get editors and writers started.

Overview

Operations coordinators lose momentum when planning flags go unnoticed and editors miss launch signals. This workflow delivers formatted channel alerts with resource links and mentions, and writes the message back to the content record, preventing missed handoffs and enabling faster handoffs.
