Keep coaching advisors prepared with instant WhatsApp event alerts

Advisors miss appointment details when calendar events are created, causing late confirmations and unprepared coaching sessions. WhatsApp alerts deliver event details to advisors immediately, so cofounders secure confirmations and sessions start prepared.

Overview

Missed confirmations leave coaching sessions underprepared and risk client satisfaction. This workflow routes every new calendar event to advisors over WhatsApp and logs outreach so cofounders get confirmations and sessions start prepared. Expect faster confirmations and fewer manual handoffs.
