Keep CEO calendar free of duplicate focus blocks

CEOs see recurring 'Decompress' entries clutter their calendars, causing interrupted focus blocks and false availability. Hourly cleanup deletes duplicates so executives keep uninterrupted focus.

Overview

Stale or duplicate events make leadership calendars unreliable and interrupt strategic work. This workflow routinely removes recurring 'Decompress' entries so CEO focus blocks stay intact and calendars show real availability. Operations leaders report fewer scheduling conflicts and clearer handoffs to assistants.
