Keep art team leave status visible when bot posts
Art team members miss handoffs when leave notes are buried under bot posts, causing scheduling gaps and rework. This posts each person's leave and holiday status next to art bot messages so planners see availability and avoid handoffs.
Overview
Unclear availability breaks art schedules and causes last-minute rework. This workflow surfaces leave and holiday status right next to art bot messages, eliminating surprise gaps and enabling smoother handoffs; teams report faster coordination and fewer last-minute reassignments.
