IT services presidents: alert ops on new lab signups

Operations coordinators miss unallocated lab orgs from signups, triggering onboarding delays. Internal alerts surface unclaimed orgs so provisioning assigns access and prevents onboarding stalls.

Overview

Unallocated lab organizations create onboarding bottlenecks that threaten client experience and delivery timelines. This workflow routes every new signup into your ops queue and notifies provisioning, eliminating missed assignments so onboarding proceeds smoothly and response times drop dramatically.
