Help engineers spot tb: calendar events with emoji prefixes

Engineers miss tb: maintenance events in busy shared calendars, causing triage handoffs to fall through. This flow prepends an emoji to tb: events so engineers spot and prioritize them.

Overview

Missed tb: maintenance and triage slots create handoff friction for engineering teams. By prepending a clear emoji prefix to tb: events, engineers immediately see and prioritize those appointments, reducing overlooked work and smoothing triage handoffs.
