For data scientists: get vehicle arrival alerts to ops

Data scientists watching fleet sheets miss arrival updates, causing missed handoffs. Alerts deliver arrival and transit times to ops channels, ensuring staff coordinate handoffs quickly.

Overview

Missed arrival notices create handoff gaps and dispatch confusion. This workflow turns sheet status changes into reliable arrival and transit-time alerts delivered to ops channels and SMS, so staff coordinate handoffs and avoid missed follow-ups. Data scientists regain visibility without manual monitoring.
