Football coaches keep daily roster spreadsheet current for sessions

Football coaches using manual lookups miss last-minute registrations, causing understaffed sessions. Daily exports refresh the schedule spreadsheet so coaches open each day with current rosters.

Overview

Stale rosters leave coaches scrambling and sessions understaffed. This workflow refreshes the schedule spreadsheet daily so coaching staff start each day with current rosters and session times. That reduces last-minute adjustments and improves resource allocation for practices.
