How the template works:

This template uses an AI assistant to process your reactions to Slack messages and schedule calendar events accordingly. When you react to a message, the assistant:

Summarizes the task you were asked to do, including your name, Slack ID, role, and company.
Retrieves the entire Slack thread to gather context for the task.
Assesses the urgency and estimated time required for the task, defaulting to 30 minutes if unsure.
Checks your Google Calendar for available time slots that end by 4:00 PM or earlier.
Creates a calendar event with the task summary as the title, a bulleted list of details, a link to the Slack message, and a suggested approach for completing the task, ensuring it respects the 4:00 PM end time constraint.
