Esports athletes: prevent missed parking-sticker requests and delays

Athletes on event rosters miss parking-sticker updates in shared sheets, causing arrival access issues. Alerts post to facilities so ops issue stickers and athletes keep reliable venue access.

Overview

Parking-sticker requests buried in spreadsheets leave athletes stranded on arrival and disrupt practice schedules. This workflow routes every sticker update to the facilities channel and notifies the team lead, eliminating overlooked requests and ensuring predictable venue access for events. Operations regain a reliable request pipeline while athletes avoid access interruptions.
