Ensure shooting logistics confirmed for business owners and crews

Production leads miss travel confirmations when calendar events lack location and distance. Alerts deliver location, distance and travel needs so bookings and approvals are confirmed.

Overview

Missed travel checks and last-minute crew conflicts put shoots at risk of cancellations and overspend. This workflow keeps production and administration aligned by pushing location, distance and approval requests to the right people so bookings and crew confirmations happen before the shoot, improving handoffs and reducing day‑of scramble.
