Enroll subscribers from list into preview course access

Your preview course signups stay in the marketing list and aren’t enrolled, blocking access for parish coordinators. Automatically enroll and record access so learners start content same day.

Overview

When preview access depends on manual enrollment, campaign managers and program coordinators face delays and inconsistent reporting. This flow enrolls eligible subscribers automatically and logs enrollments so learners get access and managers see results same day.
