Enrol opted-in pet supporter signups into welcome journey before outreach

Your pet seeker form submissions arrive without clear consent flags, causing compliance risk and delayed welcome messaging. Supporters are added to the right welcome journey so campaign managers can start compliant outreach before the next workday.
