Enable operations to grant sellers posting rights instantly

Operations coordinators creating private users leave posting rights unset, causing onboarding delays and blocked seller listings. Auto-granting rights gets sellers publishing immediately.

Overview

Onboarding stalls when permissions aren’t set and sellers can’t publish listings. This workflow removes manual permission updates so operations can onboard sellers without admin blockers, and operations teams report fewer manual permission fixes.
