Enable data scientists to prevent missed NTV deadlines

Data scientists miss NTV options on approved departures, causing supplier notice windows to be lost. Scheduled alerts deliver NTV details before supplier cutoffs, so operations avoid manual follow-up.

Overview

Missed NTV notices create supplier deadline misses and frantic manual follow-up. This workflow routes scheduled, formatted NTV alerts to suppliers before their cutoffs, eliminating handoff gaps and reducing manual chasing. Operations gain consistent supplier-facing notices and a clear audit trail.
