E-Learning marketing ops: keep group photos hosted, updated

Marketing ops miss group photos in sheets, making listings show blank or stale images. It locates, uploads, and writes a hosted image URL so marketing ops can launch campaigns with valid images.

Overview

Missing or stale group photos leave course pages and marketing materials looking incomplete, which risks enrollment and brand clarity. This workflow ensures every group photo is located, hosted, and linked back to the group record so marketing ops can publish campaigns with valid images and avoid missed assets.
