Data scientists: never miss coaching messages from unrecognized numbers
Data scientists: never miss coaching messages from unrecognized numbers
Data scientists miss coaching messages from unrecognized phone numbers, stalling coaching and delaying model feedback. Alerts notify ops and coaching leads so contacts are added and coaching resumes.
Overview
Unrecognized phone numbers stall coaching and starve models of feedback. This workflow alerts ops and coaching leads when an unknown number messages you, creates a draft contact, and assigns follow-up so coaching resumes and data pipelines stay fed—operations teams report faster handoffs and fewer missed follow-ups.
