Create video review events for telecom operations staff

Telecom operations coordinators miss video reviews when new files sit unassigned, causing inspection delays. This creates calendar review slots for new videos, ensuring staff begin inspection quickly.

Overview

Missed video reviews create deployment delays and unclear handoffs for telecom operations. This workflow links new video deliveries to scheduled calendar review slots and notifies the right reviewer, protecting deployment timelines and producing clearer handoffs—operations teams report faster handoffs and fewer missed reviews.
