Overview
When portrait bookings land, coordinators often scramble for permits, gear, and client check‑ins — causing last‑minute rushes and missed items. This flow auto-generates a timed series of prep and follow‑up calendar items so studio coordinators have assigned tasks and reminders within minutes, keeping shoots on schedule.
