Overview

When studio bookings aren't reflected on shared calendars, production and marketing scramble and shoots get delayed; this flow auto-blocks booked studio time on the right team calendars so planners have an accurate day view. That means fewer last-minute reschedules and schedules visible to stakeholders same day.
