Overview

Shared lesson schedules often omit prep and commute blocks, which leaves instructors scrambling and program coordinators firefighting schedules. This flow converts each new lesson into prep and travel calendar items so instructors have booked lead time, keeping classes punctual and reducing same-day edits.
