Create certificate PDF and unlock next course access

Manual certificate issuing delays credential delivery and learner progression. It creates a PDF certificate, links it to the learner record, and grants next-level access same day.

Overview

Program coordinators spend hours creating certificates and manually unlocking follow-on access. This flow produces a dated PDF certificate, stores and links it to the learner record, and grants next-level access so learners receive credentials and course access the same day.
